A Tribute to Ewen Chatfield

Wellington Wanderers Cricket invite you to join them in the Norwood Room for a Tribute to Ewen Chatfield – aka The Naenae Express.

Wanderers Cricket Club are pleased to announce that the breakfast for the Bangladesh Test will take the form of a tribute to New Zealand, Wellington, Naenae CC and Wanderers CC cricketing legend Ewen Chatfield.

Support Wellington Wanderers Cricket on Friday March 8th 6.45am-7.00am and enjoy breakfast in the Norwood Room as Chats and MC Bryan Waddle talk about a career that spans the decades. Loyalty is a name synonymous with the name Chatfield and you can show your loyalty to both Ewen and Wanderers by supporting this occasion

Wellington’s leading wicket taker, a 100 plus test wickets for New Zealand whilst winning tests with both bat and ball. All of this and stayed loyal for decades to his beloved Naenae CC only finally hanging up his bat this year. Chats is friend to all those who came in contact with him, and is a true Wellington sporting legend.
