Wanderers Members Newsletter – Autumn Issue 2022-23 Season

The cricket season concluded with the successful completion of the Wanderers Young Cricketers Programme, with 16 players graduating in March. Wellington hosted two Test Matches at the Cello Basin Reserve and organized various events such as the Test Match Breakfast, Sunday Members' Luncheon, and Annual Founders' Day. Despite weather interruptions, there were 10 school matches, including the first schoolboys and schoolgirls double header. Special fixtures like the Governor General's XI and Willows Schoolboys' matches were held at the Cello Basin Reserve, and the Kindred team also traveled to Auckland for the NZ Kindred.
