2022-23 Wanderers Young Cricketers

We’re thrilled to launch a brand new initiative to support youth cricketers in the Wellington Region.

The Wanderers Young Cricketers Programme shows our commitment to supporting a wider range of young cricketers in Wellington.

The Programme support young cricketers from areas and schools that don't get the same opportunities that players from more established cricket schools get. Wanderers Young Cricketers will have the chance to work with some of Wellington's best coaches and players over the course of the season, who will be able to inspire, advise, support, and guide them along their path.

Thanks to first guest coaches, Grant Elliot and Hamish Marshall for running the first ever Wanderers Young Cricketers coaching clinic this afternoon.

We’re grateful to have the support of a bunch of other amazing Coaches from around Wellington this season to make this Programme possible.
